Text and Arrows

The Text and Arrows option forces both the text and the arrows outside the extension lines.  When you move the dimension text, the dimension line moves with it.

Text Only

The Text Only option forces the dimension text between the extension lines when space is available.  When you move the dimension text, the dimension line moves with it.

Arrows Only

The Arrows Only option forces the arrows between the extension lines when space is available.  When you move the dimension text, the dimension line moves with it.
