Displaying a Toolbar
Place your pointer over any toolbar and press the right mouse button.  Select Customize….  Select the menu group from the pop-up and place a check mark next to the toolbar to be displayed.  Then exit the dialog box.

You can see the toolbar definitions by opening the MNS file with NotePad.

The button image names are specified inside the brackets.  If you design your own buttons, these will be saved as BMP files.  Even though you may have used Save As… to name your button, an anonymously generated name will be used in the MNS file.  You may manually change this name to correspond to the proper BMP file.  Hint:  Move the BMP file referenced by your MNS file to the same folder as the MN* files.  This will allow the BMP files to be found and displayed, instead of the "smiley face" used for unfound images.
