Select Mymenu.mnu and press Open.

Adding A Menu to the Menu Bar
Highlight MYMENU and select the Menu Bar tab.

Place your pointer in the Menu bar list at the point where you want your menu inserted and press the Insert >> button.  Press Close.

Select the Load button.

Check out your new pull down menu.

Multiple pull down menus can be added to the same file by specifying additional ***POP sections.

An alert box will display.  Press OK.  In the future, if you press OK in the alert box, you will overwrite any tool bar customizations you have made.

Toolbar customizations are saved in the MNS file.  The MNU file is not changed when you create or modify toolbars.  Once you have added toolbars to the menugroup, make further changes to the MNS file.
