Do I have to install any software to participate in a CAD Bytes Webinar?
It is not necessary to install any software to join a CAD Bytes Webinar. Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers. (A USB headset is recommended.) System requirements are:
On a PC:
- Internet Explorer® 7.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or newer with JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled
- Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server
- Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
- Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
On a Mac®:
- Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox® 3.0 or newer or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or newer with JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled

How does a CAD Bytes Webinar work?
CCAD uses a service named GoToTraining to host webinars and provide remote support over the internet. Guests participating in CAD Bytes Webinars do not need to install any additional software.
When you sign up for a CAD Bytes Webinar, you will receive an email with a link to the webinar. You will also receive directions on how to join the teleconference portion of the webinar.
How do I sign up for a CAD Bytes Webinar?
To sign up for a CAD Bytes Webinar, just click the Register link on our training page for the desired webinar. Upon registration, you will receive an email with a link to the webinar, a user name and access code. Please don't lose this email!
How do I login to a CAD Bytes Webinar?
Webinars will be available for login 15 minutes before the webinar begins. After that time, click the link in the email you received and follow the teleconferencing directions. You will see a welcome screen. The webinar will begin at the appointed time.
Can more than one person from my company participate in a CAD Bytes Webinar?
Yes, but only the registered guest may ask questions and receive follow up support. Questions and follow up support is not available for free webinars.
Can I ask a question during a CAD Bytes Webinar?
As a courtesy to the other participants, questions will be addressed at the end of the webinar. If you are a registered guest, you may submit questions via email for up to four weeks. Email support is not available for free webinars.
What if I have a question after a CAD Bytes Webinar?
