CCAD Add-ons FAQs

Do CCAD's Add-ons work with AutoCAD LT?
- Only NCAD Standards Menu works with AutoCAD LT

My CCAD Add-on toolbar has disappeared. How do I make it display again?
- Place your cursor in the blank space of a toolbar docking area.
- Right-click and select CCAD Add-on menugroup from flyout. The toolbars for the group will display in another flyout.
- Select the proper toolbar.

There isn't a CCAD Add on menu group when I right-click. Now what?
- Type Menuload and press ENTER
- Select Browse... and locate the C:\Program Files\CCAD Add ons folder.
- Select the proper menu.
- Select the Load button and close the window.

I get a message "Unknown command" when I click one of the buttons. What is wrong?
- Type OPTIONS and press ENTER.
- Click the FILES tab.
- Expand the Support File Search Path
- "C:\Program Files\CCAD Add ons" should appear in the list. If not, add it.

Where are all the Steel Shape sizes?
- For some reason the scroll bar for the Range of sizes collapses on some system.
- Click the V at the right of the Range of sizes list.
- Click the "blob" at the bottom the list.

My toolbar icons work, but display a "?"
- Exit AutoCAD and delete the MNR file of the menu you are using (ie. C:\Program Files\CCAD Add ons\Pfast.MNR) and restart AutoCAD.
- If that doesn't work, exit AutoCAD and delete both the MNR and MNC files and restart AutoCAD.
- AutoCAD 2006 and up. Exit AutoCAD and delete the MNR, MNC and CUI and restart AutoCAD. Type MENULOAD and press ENTER. Click the Browse button. Locate the C:\Program Files\CCAD Add ons folder and select the MNS file. Select the Load button. Close the window.
